"Puzzled….inconsistent experience"

Beautiful hotel - we have one of the renovated room and it’s spacious and well appointed, with good amenities. It was advertised that the pool is heated year round - but it’s not. It was one of the feature I looked forward to so very disappointed. The lounge bar is supposedly famous for its cocktail. It is most definitely true. But have dinner first before coming here as the food is absolutely terrible. The bluefish bites were not fresh and the chicken club sandwich has no chicken in it. The package we booked includes breakfast and it was a delight every morning looking out to the amazing vista while enjoying a hearty breakfast.
