The hotel is amazing. The entire hotel is spotless and staff goes above and beyond for any need you have. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We loved that it was a short walk to Canada place to walk around that area.

"Nice but it’s NOT St.Regis from Marriot chain!"

It’s a nice 4 star hotel. Clean and with nice stuff.

The main disadvantage that it’s NOT St.Regis from Marriot chain! And when I booked o expected I am booking that famous one. They say hey they been with this name before the Marriott’s. But it does not help. So be careful not to be disappointed later. Also the breakfast is very simple

Fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Short walk to everything. We were joining a cruise and it was about a 10 minute walk downhill with our luggage. A special mention for Daniella. My husband's luggage was 'mislaid' and didn't arrive into Calgary with us. It was finally located and, as we were on the Rocky Mountaineer, we asked for it to be forwarded to the St Regis. They kept us updated on the situation and when it did arrive, Daniella made sure it was waiting for us in our room. Thank you so much!

The St Regis is lovely in Vancouver BC is lovely. The rooms are so nice and our breakfast (delicious omelets, fresh fruit) was included. The staff were great. Carried our luggage up five flights with a great attitude. Brent and Simpson were great. And our servers at breakfast - Anita our main server and also Nimali, Vinciri, and Surangi - were attentive and kind.
