The St. Regis Hotel

This review will be very interesting because we actually booked this hotel but could not stay because the elevator was broken and the air condition in the rooms was not available in early May. We booked this hotel several weeks ago and arrived to Vancouver’s cruise port. We are three seniors and have mobility issues so an elevator was not an optional. When we got to the hotel Daniela assisted us and informed us about the elevator and the air condition. She went above and beyond helping us find another hotel and even paid for our Uber for the inconvenience. Even though we did not stay at the Saint Regis we are very impressed with their five star service and their kindness.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Great location, easy walk from cruise terminal. Plenty of excellent restaurants close by. Great location for checking out the sights of this fabulous city. Rooms were lovely with very comfortable beds and nice strong hot shower. Nice touches like chocolate and bottled water in the room. Breakfast is freshly cooked full hot breakfast. Perfect way to fill up before a day of sightseeing. Staff was extremely helpful. Shout out to Eduardo at the front desk, who answered our millions of questions about the city, and directed us to some fine restaurants. Also check out Gotham steakhouse right next-door is very good!

Great stay at this hotel, excellent location downtown including excellent breakfast every morning. We were greeted by very pleasant servers Surangi and Anita Front desk staff were professional and very courteous

Great hotel and fantastic location. Especially loved the breakfast. Excellent! The food was amazing and the service was even better. Our server Vinuri was so sweet and kind. Thank you! Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was exceptionally helpful with luggage storage and delivery to our room. Very helpful with information. Great location for dining and shopping. The room was nice. Good security.

The only thing that would have been nice was a refrigerator. I had medications that required refrigeration.

Great hotel and centrally located. The room met our expectation and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted at the door and our luggage was taken to our room as we completed our checked-in. We would stay there again when we return to Vancouver for a longer stay.

Clean and quiet. Staff informative and friendly.
