"Noisy room next door spoilt stay."

Spacious room, location, dog friendly, friendly staff

Extremely noisy people in room next door for both nights we stayed there. 2nd night much worse. Reception staff said police were called. Unfortunately that didn't help us when we were being kept awake by loud shouting right outside our bedroom door at 1.30 in the morning. Unfortunately our room phone didn't work or reception weren't just answering our phone. I didn't feel safe.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable, there was no complaints at all for the room of the facilities. the check in was ok friendly enough but need more staff on the des when its busy.

The breakfast was a different experience, there was a meeting in the breakfast room area which was noisy and there was a lack of quality for breakfast. No laid tables, waited over 5 minutes to be allowed in to the breakfast area which was barriered off to stop you entering and the lack of attention was very apparent.The manner of the breakfast area, presentation and lack of staff

"Exceptional"

Great room and bathroom all spotless

Bed and pillows were rather hard for me but I do suffer from rheumatoid arthritis so it is always a problem for me
