We liked the setting and ease of getting to the property.

Not a big negative. The shower head was a water saver that you have to take twice as long to rinse off and so don't save water.

My husband and I make a point to stay at Cambria Pines at least twice a year. It's not a motel, hotel, or inn, but the most unique spot on the central coast. It has a vibe all its own, a large property that feels cozy, funky, and welcoming. We just stayed 4 days this trip and I can't wait to go back. The annual Christmas Market is a 'must visit'. Cambria Pines feels like a village within a hamlet. The dinner package is a great bargain, and the food is succulent and amazing. Five stars aren't enough!

The hotel is historical and beautifully rustic. It has been restored carefully to preserve the history but modernized with modern, spacious bathrooms. We had a delightful two room cottage that was spacious and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was more than plentyful. We attended the live music in the bar with a nightcap. The musician played music according to guests requests and was very entertaining. We have been to the hotel before and will absolutely go there again.

What a beautiful place to stay. The food was amazing and at night the entertainment was had everyone singing and dancing. The staff was so friendly I felt I was staying with friends or family. Our room had a cozy fireplace and the bed smelt clean and refreshing and the pillows were like sleeping on clouds. I plan on making the Pines my retreat from the world and my heaven on earth when I return to Cambria.

The vibe is so relaxing and my room with a fireplace was so cozy. On the Friday we arrived, it was pizza night and it was a great evening. The bar is also really cozy and the entertainment was so fun.

It was hard to find things even with the map but staff were quick to help.
