"Not a good billing experience"

The hotel was fine, but I was billed $200 for “incidentals”. Normally these are reversed after a few business days, but in this case I had to call 2x to get this addressed. The facility is nice, but watch your bill.

"Dirty sheets and shower! Poor customer service!"

We stayed at this hotel last year for state track but after this years experience we will NOT be staying here ever again! There was blood and hair in our sheets, hair in our shower! When housekeeping came up to give us clean sheets, the housekeeper said yes the lady who works days in housekeeping is known for not changing out the sheets! Gross!! Horrifying!! Upon checkout, I asked to speak with a manager, the clerk said she would have them call me. 2 days later I have still yet to hear back from anyone! So disappointing! Will NEVER stay here again!!
