Hyatt Regency Wichita

Great experience. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. If you get stuck going to Wichita, this hotel is a great place to stay at. The in lobby restaurant was really good as well.

This is a great place to stay in Wichita. It’s conveniently located downtown. I recommend the corner room with a view of the river. The view will even improve after the green space along the river is completed.

Safe, clean , exceptional hotel. Love staying here. Employees are amazing. Will definitely stay here again. Food it’s great. No need to go anywhere!!

TOO MANY THINGS TO REPORT- SCOLDING HIT WATER FROM BOTH SINK, SHOWER, TUB - MY CHILDREN COULD HAVE BEEN FATALY HURT. BREAKFAST ICE COLD AND HARD PLUS I PAID FOR IT PRIOR TO CHECK IN AND WAS CHARGED AGAIN AT BREAKFAST - MANAGER SAID HE WOULD REFUND MY MONEY, WE LEFT AFTER ONE NIGHT, COULD NOT TAKE A SHOWER OR ANYTHING BUT I WAS STILL CHARGED OVER $300.00 ON KY MASTERCARD. I'M ANGRY TO SAY THE LEAST

Friendly staff, rooms were clean and maintained. I was there for a conference and the facilities were great. Would recommend.

It was clean, and neat

It was difficult to get to downtown because of the road construction. Which was not mentioned anywhere when booking the room. We stayed 1 night, and had to pay an additional 15-25$ for parking, after paying almost 300$ for the room for 1 night. The “river view” room we booked, was a view of dirt piles and construction equipment. The ac was not cooling the room down, likely because we were on the 9th floor. The only vending machine we found, only carried drinks. We purchased a quick bite at the Perks coffee shop, however, my salad was not worth the price. I did not notice the lettuce was old and the cheese was hard and rubbery until I got back up to my 9th floor room. The restaurant was closed by the time we returned back to the hotel at 10p, so we had to leave to go eat somewhere else.
