Extraordinarily clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice and clean

No one explained anything. Wanted to charge us to park and charge $19 per person for breakfast buffet that was not anything special and thought it was included while staying there.

Location on the River with the views was absolutely outstanding. Close to Doo Dah Diner and other places. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed our riverview king room at this Hyatt. The room was clean and comfortable. Drinks at the hotel bar weren't severely overpriced and service was great. We have stayed here before and it worked well for our attendance next door for a show at the Century II Concert Hall since the buildings are connected. We and several others were locked out of the hotel upon our return through the connected passages, but a call to the desk resulted in hotel security letting us in. The motion lighting in the room and bathroom was really handy at night when we had to get up and move around. The room key has to be used to make the elevator operate, which is a nice security measure as long as you don't forget your key. The elevators are really fast, so the wait was rarely very long once the elevator was called. If you drive here, prepare to spend an additional $15 per night to self park in the attached parking garage, and more if you use the valet service. Garage gates are operated by your room key card.

Outside property, lobby and room were nice, plenty of covered parking and the staff was very helpful. Conveniently located next to Century II Expo Hall.
