Sheets and towels were stained. Found pubic hair in shower. Smelled and was overall just dirty. It was raining and water was streaming out of the fan in the bathroom. We had to put the ice bucket under the fan to catch the water.

The pool was down so that was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons we came to this hotel, when booked it said nothing about the pool being down. However our room was nice.

The room was fine. Some of the amenities were out of order but did not really affect our stay. Looks like some renovations are being done. The continental breakfast could have been better as the juice machine was out of order too.
