Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort

Loved the view and area

The Luau and family movie was cancelled-two event s we went for. This was very disappointing and left holes in our plans. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, but the paint was coming off in the bathroom on the door, door jamb and counter doors. It needs freshening up for the price we paid.

The staff was AWESOME! Very well managed you can tell from the front desk to bar attendant to lifeguard!

Never had wifi working, the pools where in need of DESPERATE Cleaning! The Adult Only pool was so grouse! Hot tub not working which was a bummer! Was looking forward to the Luau and it was canceled.

The golf course was well-maintained.

We had a king suite, but the bathrooms are very dated. The room was huge and the bathroom tiny. The arrangement of sinks, toilet, and bath is very awkward. No microwave in the room, most resorts and hotel rooms offer that now. The floor tile was cracked and moved when stepped on. We had to call maintenance to unstop the bathtub. At breakfast, we arrived and were seated promptly, but the wait staff did not come to our table. After 15 minutes, we left, told the receptionist why we were leaving, and his reply was, " We are busy", but we could see three of the wait staff standing in the corner visiting, and there were other empty tables.

Quality of the food is really good and the place is pretty as it is basically a golf resort

Room: We had issues as we were assigned to a room where the toiled was previously clogged and when we requested service it took 3 hours just to unclog the toiled. Staff: They seem to be short staffed as the hotel restaurant has long waiting for everything, to seat in a table, to get the order, to deliver the order and the check. You will spend at least 40 min to one hour extra in the restaurant due that. Family trip: If you have only one toddler like us it's enough for a short trip, but no many activities besides the pool and some amenities like cornhole, minigolf, big lego. If you don't know Boerne, it's worthful to stop by in the main street and get some restaurants there instead of stay in the resort.

I visited the resort with my daughter for Mother’s Day and had a wonderful experience and there was so much excellent food! I highly recommend the Resort and the Mother’s Day resort!!

We went for breakfast and had Becca for our waitress and she was just wonderful! She was so very friendly and knew the menu so she could answer any questions we had although we already knew what we wanted. Everything we ordered came out perfectly well and she checked on us often to ensure that we had everything we needed. 😊
