The mattress was dirty and overall the room did not look clean.

Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Opted to walk to the Cracker Barrell for breakfast. Friendly staff.

The stay at the Best Western was good overall. The door to the third floor needs a new key card reader. It took almost five minutes each time to get it to work.

Good location, quiet and easy access to food choices.

It was basic(ly) fine. Pool is closed indefinitely. Side door doesn't lock to public access. But, good food is within 100ft.

Great at check in and staff was very friendly.

People setting out by the ac unit smoking pot and it blowing in the room. But you can't control everything.

It is in a good location when it comes to things to do & eat. The staff was friendly. There was also breakfast in the mornings. It's right in the middle of Gastonia and there are many food places around. The downside was it was right off the highway and the windows were not great. It sounded like the highway was in our room.

The bath faucet never stopped dripping and the sink drain also was clogged if the water ran for more than a few seconds. The bed was really creaky and made this awful noise when you put pressure near the right side. Plus the highway noise. The whole place also smelled like a weed dispensary no matter where you were in the building.
