Lachell checked me in. She was awesome. The young lady checking me out was also friendly, courteous and professional. Great staff!

There was a smell in my room. I got spray and took care of it.

We chose to stay at this Hotel based on reviews. We were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly. We had two minor issues that required maintenance, they took care of immediately! The rooms were clean, comfortable beds. We like having a softer pillow and a firmer pillow which was provided. Housekeeping came in every day making bed and replacing towels. The lady that cooked and provided breakfast did an excellent job. Plenty of food and constantly refilling empty dishes. We appreciated bottle water in lobby everyday(temperatures high 90's) along with snacks in the afternoon. The only suggestion is maybe changing up the breakfast choices.Our stay was 6 nights. We loved the warm cinnamon rolls everyday. Don't miss the D-Day Memorial in Bedford, Appomattox, signing of the Civil War surrender. While in Bedford visit Liberty Station Restaurant located in old train depot. Local owned, great food and service.
