Comfort Inn Shelby

Nothing as we didn't get to stay. The hotel was closed when we arrived due to a truck crashing into it. Sorry but can't give this hotel a fair review.

We were not told in advance that the hotel was closed. Had to find an alternative hotel on the night.

Room were clean beds were comfy and staff was friendly.

Only problem we had was a cold shower. Water wouldn’t get hot or even warm.

The breakfast and comfortable bed

The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Even on check out. The lobby and breakfast areas were always clean and smelled great. The carpet in the hallways was dated and dirty. The room was very clean. Had plenty of towels and some toiletries. The water pressure in the shower was great! The blow dryer was terrible. The bed and pillows were clean and comfy. I would go back if I came that way again. Just needs a little TLC :)

We were booked at another hotel that turned out to be a real dive, and the staff here found us a room and let us check in early.

Every staff member we came across was very friendly and polite. The beds were very comfortable!

The bathroom is in desperate need of a deep clean. The first thing we noticed was the complimentary toiletries that were visibly dirty and used from the previous guest. The shower had stains and just appeared dirty.
