"Big mistake."

Breakfast was just fine but no fruit.

We arrived with no record of my reservation, we figured out I had booked Shelby NJ not Montana were I needed a room. I am probably out what I paid for my error as it is very difficult to sort things out with booking.com. Sadly I won’t use you again.

I did an overnight stay and everything was great. The rooms were very nice, clean & comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious & the font desk Manager Lanisha was very nice & friendly. The location is great & around a lot of restaurants & shopping. I will definitely stay here again.

Reading the reviews I was encouraged by the repeated comments stating the hotel was clean. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had. The room was dated and not very clean with stains on furnishings and the remote control looked like something spilled on it. Also, the deposit hold (for incidentals) was $100!! The lady at the desk told my husband it’s usually $250 just in case someone smokes in the room. We have stayed at 5 star hotels that simply hold $25-$50. Ridiculous!! Thankfully I booked this room for my husband and daughter for just one night so my daughter could attend a basketball workout in town. More than one night would have been a no go!
