The bed was comfy, good shower, spacious room for 3, great that it’s a balcony where we could dry our swim suits, good wifi, great location near the train station and city centre

The location is 5 mins walk from the La Spezia central station. The food places are also at a walking distance, hardly 6-7 mins. Must go to places for food and dessert- -Pizzeria Masaniello -La Via Lattea Yogurteria

The doorbell is a bit loud—nothing major, but it feels like we're disturbing everyone when we enter. However, this definitely shouldn't be a reason to avoid booking this property. Go ahead and book!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room is very spacious and great value for the price. It is very close to the train station which is handy for getting to and from Cinque Terre. When we arrived it was immaculately clean. It was a bonus having a safe and a little fridge in the room. Also had great A/C! Would highly recommend staying at this place!

Very friendly host, prepared our apartment at the time we wanted. The room in reality was even nicer than in the photos. Really enjoyed the stay!

The property was clean and well-located, really close to the city center and to the train station if you plan to visit cinque terre towns. The host was really helpful, he let us leave our luggage early, before check in. He also welcomed us with pastries for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

We came for two nights to explore the Cinque Terre. Self check-in is great. The apartment was as described, new, clean, everything was very good. Thank you for these two days. I RECOMMEND
