The self check-in process was very easy. The location was very central. The furnitures and room was designed modernly.

The good location in relation to the central station of La Specia.

Lack of hotel parking.

Great location very close to the train station. Very modern room and we were able to leave our luggages earlier. Bathroom/shower is very spacious with shampoo and shower gel provided. There’s a kettle in the room to use.

Wifi can be weak at times.

Walls were mouldy, looked like unfinished renovation, snacks for breakfast were disappointing, tiny and dirty refrigerator

Sparklingly clean, centrally located and walking distance to the main/central train station, no need for taxi to go around Comfortable large bed …….I had a good and restful sleep for the 3 nights stay and the place is quiet

Perfectly located, easy to get to Cicque Terre! Everything in the room is new, modern, clean! There is a kettle, the owner left croissants for breakfast. I definitely recommend this property!!!

Great location - 5 minutes walk from the central railway station and very close to the pedestrian street leading to the marina. Room has enough space and everything you need. Heating works well, pillows are good, hot water is really hot. There were tea, water and croissants for us.

Seems, in summer there could be mosquitoes, because a few of them were killed and left on the wall.
