no iron and the pool staff was horrible to me two days by the pool the first time they ask us to leave from sitting by the diamond bar ok i got it we was not to be there but the day before i was to leave i started getting sick the flu so i needed sun when i got there my section was fun so i sit over there just getting the sun not ordering anything a guy came i told him just getting some sun then the same lady from the first time came i told her the same thing well she was nasty i had to tell her call security cause i saw people from diamond sitting when i was supposed to be she said them i can sit wherever they choose so i let her know im not moving

The staff remembered us and brought us our favorite drinks when we sat down several times. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Fun activities every day.

We loved the lush greenery and being surrounded by nature, especially the bird-watching areas and the overall cleanliness of the hotel grounds. A special thank-you to the amazing staff who made us feel truly welcome Adana and Daliann. We also slept incredibly well, I’m not sure if it was the comfort of the bed or the soothing sound of the ocean.

Our stay was deeply disappointing. Most staff were unwelcoming, and the check-in experience was especially poor rude service, long delays past the 3pm check-in time, and no acknowledgement of a special celebration we had communicated beforehand. Room issues were severe, including condensation, mould, dampness, and malfunctioning amenities, ultimately forcing us to move rooms. Air conditioning had to be kept on constantly, which triggered asthma. Service across the resort was inefficient, from long waits for buggy transport to lack of safety measures during rain. Several amenities were outdated or broken, and the food lacked authentic Caribbean flavour, with some dishes poorly seasoned. Overall customer service was inconsistent, with certain staff members being particularly unprofessional. Based on this experience, we will not be returning or recommending the hotel.

Being right on the beach was definitely a highlight, and having a butler made the stay more relaxing and convenient.

The food overall was disappointing. The only noticeably better meals were in the Diamond Club lounge, but unfortunately, the same couldn’t be said for the rest of the resort’s restaurants. I also informed the staff about my birthday and expected at least a small gesture—like a room decoration or acknowledgment at dinner—but received nothing, which was really underwhelming.

Big rooms. Sea front location. Space.

The food in the Buffett was poor. Poor quality meat. The breakfasts didn’t have many healthy options, no smoothies at the main buffet, limited fruit. None of the a la carte menus included a fresh salad. Whilst our Chairman’s suite was stunning, with lots of space a wonderfully stocked bar and a pool table. Our en suite shower was not overly clean with black mildew marks and hair (it looked like the cleaners had missed it repeatedly). We had a pool table, but 3 of the 4 pool cues were broken as was the jacuzzi. Hotel staff - while 50% seemed happy and helpful, the other 50% seemed put out to have to do anything, asking for a cocktail in the main bar or getting any kind of service was difficult (even if the bar was empty) we visited last December when the service was much better.

Breakfast was a 5 coukd be a whole lot better there isn't consistency
