The breakfast was good . The enjoyed the fact that I had plenty options. Also ! I met a few of the front staff who was really nice to me. Not forgetting Miriam - supervisor , Samson who was SOOOO HELPFUL during my stay & Sherrick from the TAJ restaurant was super accommodating. Bless them !

The fact that I needed my key tightened & the front office agent stated that she had to change it . I don’t think she reprogrammed it properly so I went up to my room on two occasions and my door wasn’t opening. Chps . Super annoying especially having to walk from 19308 to downstairs every time.

The resort is beautiful

Poor service, no appreciation for check in time, waited 90 mins for my room, bedding not ironed, and the female staff attitude is poor. It's like they are doing you a favour. Disappointed, will not return.

The hotel staff were wonderful - very friendly and welcoming - and the hotel building and facilities were superb. The bedrooms were clean, the views across the ocean were amazing, and the beds were very comfortable.

Hotel maintenance was poor and the broken lock on my bedroom door remained broken for my entire stay. There were also a lot of hidden terms and conditions that were only revealed at the hotel itself. For example, unnecessarily complicated advance booking requirements for the a la carte restaurants and extensive limitations to use of booking.com hotel credits. It would have been helpful to have a noticeboard or info on the app saying what activities are taking place, where and at what time, as well as sign posts within the report to show how to get to the accommodation, beach and pool areas.

The room The fact that this is the second time I specifically stated the reason for my stay and it was never acknowledged. The room had two beds, which was not a good look for a happily married couple. The hotel didn't pay attention to details. I've always rated this hotel high, my wife and I are very disappointed, especially the last two visits. We have visited this hotel over five times.
