Super friendly staff throughout the hotel at all times of the day Local breakfast in the morning was the best meal of the day Lots of sun beds available by the pool and on the beach Gym facilities were clean and tidy and all machines worked

Poor wifi within the room Food needs more seasoning

Couldn’t get reservations at any restaurant and how the pool is set up and no food to order .

Great that it was situated on the ocean with various scenic point. The grounds very well maintained.

The buildings with guest rooms had no elevators and were separated from each other so lots of walking over the hilly landscape.

Room wasn’t as stated on booking.com Very basic , smelled fousty,food in buffet wasn’t great , no butter for toast, with a large bread selection, no butter, Beach area very rocky , lack of bins

Beautiful resort!

80% of staff never smiles, they were all very helpful but most of the time we noticed that a majority of staff did not smile! I also feel that a $130.00 visitor day pass for our daughter to come visit with us was OVER PRICED considering they would only allow her to come between 10am to 6pm!!!

The landscape was so beautiful the beach was nice we had a cabana and the staff was wonderful

The room had some minor issues but nothing that was major.

The food was great the majority of the days and the night time entertainment was also fun! The staff was also mostly helpful, the atmosphere was good.

I did not like that they did not explain how the resort credit is broken down at check in, and that some elements of the room weren't clean but they were quick to address it. They also charge $20 USD per picture if you want the photos taken by the resort photographer.

The location was great

I found there were to many steps , especially for the elders

The personal efficient staff Made you feel you were kings and queens Polite and profesional from the gardeners to the front desk

The stairs and no lift We were in 306 Got challenging after a full meal and drinks
