Royalton Grenada, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

MAIN BUFFET WAS EXCELLENT WITH A GOOD CHOICE OF LOCAL DISHES AND THEMED CUISINES. ALL STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONALY CURTIOUS AND EFFICIENT. BEACH WAS GREAT AND POOLS.

WE HAD A ROOM NEAR THE ENTERTAINMENT AND MAIN RECEPTION. THE ENTERTAINMENT OFTEN WENT ON UNTIL THE EARLY HOURS OF THE MORNING WHICH WAS FUN FOR THOSE PARTYING BUT NOT SO MUCH FUN FOR THOSE TRYING TO SLEEP. I WILL BOOK A SUITE FURTHER AWAY NEXT TIME.

The location. The tranquility of the resort location offers a peaceful and relaxing stay. The food. The food at the buffet is delicious and the variety gives options. Kudos to the chefs. The pool at the top is beautiful and nicely kept. The overall scenery there is inviting. The bartenders are polite. Some staff members at the Buffet were very pleasant, especially Rachel. The staff who helped search for the article of clothing. They were very helpful and understanding.

This review is based on staying twice. The first time I stayed for 2-nights for my birthday, 2 years ago and the second was as recent as May 5th, 2026 for my girlfriend's birthday. Overall, the customer service was underwhelming on both occasions. The things I didn't like: 1. The unwelcoming experience from the gate. The first time I was asked "are you here as part of the entertainment for tonight?" This time, I was told that neither my name or my girlfriend's name was on the list of confirmed booking. Considering that the reservation was made over a month ago, I was not pleased. When I got to front desk and asked why our names were not listed, he made the excuse that "we have very strict security here" and proceeded to check us in. No apology. 2. The bed. I requested a extra-large double bed. We got two separate beds. I understand it is based on availability but knowing before hand may have influenced my decision whether I stayed or not. 3. The room. It was definitely NOT a luxury room. It almost felt guest-house like. 4. Lack of information about dinner reservation for the a la carte restaurant. We were only told about the reservation when I called front desk to find out. Given that reservation is necessary, maybe an email could have been sent indicating such. 5. The impoliteness and lack of pleasantries from SOME staff. It was almost as though they were annoyed that we were there and that our presence was not appreciated. 6. We forgot an article of clothing on a hanger (that we brought) in the room. I called at 7:21 am the following day to informed of that, I was told that someone will check and call back. I called again 10:46 am, I was put on to security who did not find it. I called again 2:12 pm, I was told they checked and it was not found by housekeeping. I called again at 2:46 pm, someone said they'll 'triple check." Thankfully, they did this time and found it. At 3:00 pm, someone called to indicate that.

Can use a little upgrade in renovation for rooms but otherwise its clean and well maintained

The location on the beach was beautiful!

It needs better management. The property is beautiful, the staff is friendly and welcoming for the most part but there was not a lot of activities and there were too many issues with room assignments!
