Bed in Girona

It has a very good location. 15min walk from the station and literally in the old town center.

There is a problem with the hot water in the bathroom. It changes all the time and is not really hot.

The male recepcionist is very kind and helpful ! The location is great.

Everything is dirty, especially the three bathrooms, toilet paper is missing constantly. The beds are very noisy, dirty floor, small lockers. There are many male permanent residents, recently arrived in Europe, who give women no respect and prefer not to see tourists. It's their territory...... As as couldn't sleep and sat in front of the door, I observed the two kinds of "business" going on in this "hostel" at night..... Many residents of the "hostel" asked me for money, even 20 Euro. There was a needle right in the front of the door. The so- called cleaning/breakfast women did not even pick it up in the morning. She is the most vulgar staff, I have ever met, in 90 countries. She screamed the worst obscenities, I have ever heard. Inacceptable in the hospitality- bussiness. Obviously, I did not have breakfast there.... She lives in the ladies dormitory permanently and receives...... Obviously, she does not want tourists there. One of the two ladies there stole my small purse and my INHALATOR, which is very dangeroous for my health.

The receptionist who was Tunisian was very kind and nice, that's the only thing that was fine about the place!

Try to avoid it as much as you can! For the price i expected it to be a decent hotel but it's far from meh! Rooms are in a catastrophic situation and the bathrooms are disgusting! I booked it in a very short notice for a one night attending a football match and i literally couldn't stay there the whole period! Lockers are tiny and barely fit a backpack and there's only one heater in the middle of the room (Although the room was warm)
