Die Raumaufteilung war etwas ungünstig sodass es sehr schmal war. Insb. Das Bad. Auch eine Paar warme Farben und Teppiche hätten das Zimmer einladend wirken lassen.

Great stay. Staff were super friendly and were able to check me in early. The hotel is located on a quiet side street but is very close to many restaurants, bars, and cafes. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I have ever used (open 24 hours!) and the sauna is great. The room came with a kitchen which had everything I needed including a coffee machine, as well as supplies to cook a full meal. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing to complain about. Perfect stay.

Location

I booked a double queen room for myself, my wife, and our daughter, but they gave us a room with one queen bed and a sofa bed instead. The layout was ridiculous, and a portable AC unit in the room was extremely noisy. I ended up canceling my booking and moving to a better hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this ugly place — there are plenty of good hotels near downtown Ottawa.
