Ottawa Embassy Hotel & Suites

AC is broken on 10th floor. During a heat wave. No advance notice. A portable unit is installed and cools roughly 10% of the room. Unbearably hot. Wifi did not work in the room or elsewhere on the floor… incurring additional costs to rent a workshare space for virtual meetings. The floor should be closed during Renos. I feel terrible for the cleaning staff. Abominable.

Clean. Great value for price. Close enough to central areas. Large room with tons of space.

Could use an update and window clean.

Great location downtown. Staff are very responsive and helpful.

Cleanliness needs to improve - a lot of wear and tear is showing in the room and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. A staff member did come in to re-clean the bathroom which was appreciated.

Il punto forte dell’albergo è sicuramente la posizione. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro e qualsiasi attrazione, rimanendo comunque in una posizione tranquilla. Letto comodo, noi avevamo anche sia la cucina che la lavatrice ed è stato un plus perché avendo una bimba di 10 mesi ci ha permesso di lavare alcuni capi ed organizzare i pasti per lei.

Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati presso la struttura il parcheggio dell’hotel era tutto pieno e abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare la macchina in un altro più lontano. Consiglio quindi di riservare il posto un pochino prima. La pulizia della stanza è buona, ma non impeccabile.
