We stayed in a suite which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little outdated but the location is good, a short walk to the parliament buildings. Staff were very pleasant and check-in and out was quick and easy. The hotel is excellent value for money.

The hotel has a good location, and our room was clean.

A couple of issues negatively affected our stay. The main concern was a constant humming noise in the room. At first, we thought it was coming from the air conditioning unit, so we turned it off. While that reduced the noise slightly, the humming continued throughout the night and made it difficult to fully relax and get a good night's sleep. We were also attending a graduation ceremony that was scheduled to end at noon. We asked whether a modest 30-minute late checkout, until 12:30 p.m., would be possible, but the request was declined without any discussion or flexibility. While this may seem like a small matter, it forced us to leave the ceremony early in order to return to the hotel and check out on time.
