Beds were very comfortable, room spacious and generally quiet for the location

The service was not great (slow response at desk), wifi kept cutting out and the apartment wasn’t clean (dirty curtains and windows, etc).

Locatie, ruime suite (incl living), personeel, restaurant, bedden en badkamer ok.

Oud interieur, niet heel schoon (zelfs ramen balkon niet), keukenkastjes vallen bijna uit elkaar. Wanstaltig gebouw.

Nice quiet location, but close enough to walk to the O train and bus routes. Great location for walking to many of the city's main attractions. Very spacious clean suite, friendly staff and a nice restaurant on site.

Not much to dislike! Maybe have a dishcloth and tea towel in the kitchen to clean any dishes/cutlery used. The shower head was a bit high (for short people). I hear that you are going to do renovations. Maybe have the shower head on a sliding bar to adjust the height.
