Overall a good experience...however the location and the entry was a bit disappointing break fast and service were very good

Overall the stay was comfortable, hotel staff were happy and jovial, the front desk reception was warm and welcoming. Experience with Miss Afruja was pleasant and warm. Excellent service, cheerful environment

We made this booking through a corporate tie-up and consciously chose The Fern over Radisson Blu, expecting a comfortable and professional experience. However, our stay was unfortunately quite discomforting. There was a wedding event taking place during our stay, and it appeared that the entire hotel staff was primarily occupied with managing the event. As a result, attention to other in-house guests was significantly impacted. Basic service standards were compromised, and there was limited staff availability to address routine guest requirements. The breakfast spread had no non-vegetarian options, seemingly because the wedding buffet was entirely vegetarian. This was disappointing, especially as it did not cater to the preferences of other guests. Additionally, lunch and dinner service was delayed, as most staff members were engaged with the wedding function. The Wi-Fi connectivity was extremely slow and unreliable, which added to the inconvenience—particularly for business travelers relying on stable internet access. Furthermore, the wedding guests were not managed effectively, leading to overcrowding and discomfort for other resident guests.
