Could not get the TV to work. For the price you pay, that shouldn't be an issue.

"Disappointed."

The location is great. The bed was comfortable.

The window in our room (316) was blocked by a large ventilation duct. The room cleanliness was below expectations. The water pressure in the shower is low. 1 of the elevators was out of order for our entire 4 day stay resulting in long waits. The stairs lead outside the building. The staff didn't seem to want to be there. The trash in the lobby was overflowing, the hand towel dispensers in the lobby bathroom were empty. The attached Shake Shack was sketchy at night.

The central location, the comfy bed & funky decor.

That they replaced towels every day (where’s the environmental choice to reuse?), and no possibility to open the window, or to stop the semi-loud AC
