朝食の開始が7時だったので、チェックアウトの朝はちょっと忙しいかったです。

"Worst bed I can remember"

Wrost bed I have slept on in over a decade of travelling. Stayed here for a conference this week and the hotel is nice enough. Lobby is neat, shiny doors... but the bed was stiff. I felt like they put a bedsheet on our boardroom tables. I woke up stiff, sore, and achey. I had a terrible sleep for 3 nights. I can't stay here again for next year's convention. Also, the pool didn't seem to clean and filter itself well. A clump of dark hair I found floating in the morning (6am) was still there when I returned after dinner with my kids. And the shallow area of water was freezing cold, and cloudy with debris floating all week in it. Gym was pretty decent. Restaurant overpriced by a lot.

"Right in the centre of it all"

We had a great stay here on a recent trip to Canada. The bed was heavenly, the bathroom products were quality, the pool area was comfortable, and the room service was delicious. The location of this property is great, particularly if you’re arriving by train. Would definitely stay again when in Toronto again.

"Club lounge"

I’ve been staying here for a few days now, and each morning I enjoy breakfast in the club lounge. Malak consistently goes out of her way to greet and assist me she’s incredibly kind and always welcomes me with a warm smile. Her service has made my experience especially inviting
