Hotel Downstreet, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Great location. Easy access to center of town. Restaurante on site. Comfortable bed. Beautiful window view of mountain side.

Thin walls. Unfortunately I felt like I was on the other side of a porno movie. Poor insulation between rooms.

Beautiful view of the surrounding hills, walking distance to restaurants and Mass MOCA

Breakfast extremely skimpy. Good coffee all day, though.

Staff was friendly. Facility was clean.

Very loud. The walls are thin. Traffic on the street was super loud/annoying.

Helpful staff. Lobby and room were in excellent condition. Room was really spacious.

The fitness room needs improvement. It was stuffy and needs a couple of fans to cool the space. The treadmill was broken, and the WiFi didn't work in that room and needs a booster. The continental breakfast was pretty spare as well.
