"Absolutely filthy"

It has to be the worst room I’ve ever stayed in, the floor was that stained and dirty we had to use the towels to walk on. The ceiling was mouldy and flaking off. Everything down to the roller blind was dirty and frayed. Staff were lovely

The front door isn’t open first thing in the morning. You have to go down the fire escape at the back. Nobody tells you this.
