The Fazeley Inn

Staff were very nice. Soap & shower gels in the room.

Met by 2 x pigeons roaming the corridor as Fire Door was constantly open for Smokers / Vapers. Not sure Fire Brigade would agree with this. Almost got taken out by them when leaving early the following morning. As per another review - Door handles hanging on by a thread - not what I have experienced ever before. Window blind had been cut down with the bluntest scissors in the world so didn't block out light much. No plug in the sink so could not have a shave or sink wash.

The staff were friendly, approchable and happy to help. The room was overall a comfortable stay. The room its self was clean and even in the heat wave on the front it was still quiet. Will definitely be returning

Would have been nice to get WiFi in the room but it was available in the bar area if needed.

Very run down and extremely loud music until I asked at 12 midnight for it to stop

Broken loose door handle, a very very stained duvet it was more brown than white, pillows also very stained, sheets washed but visible stains there to see. Matress was horrible with stains on it I dont even want to think about not just one but covered turned it over exactly the same underneath. Blind on the window again stained and missing the plastic strip along the bottom to stop flapping about. Rusty heater on the wall by the bed, and to be honest the only access to the rooms after pub is shut is through the fire exit door that is never locked and can opened from either side day or night which is right next to bedrooms 1 to 5 with the wonky door handle I wouldn't have felt safe so we repacked and left and went to the Premier inn instead

Breakfast great. The staff dealt with children's allergies well. Excellent customer care.

The tv didn't work. Despite being reported, it wasn't rectified during our stay.

It's nice place to stay , the people are very friendly. I felt the shower very nice . The bus was around the corner added bonus ,

There wasn't enough coffee and tea in the room . The another thing that really bugged was wifi it connected the went off again..I put the information in but it said it failed again
