Where do I start?

Very friendly staff, it was very busy and they were helpful at all times.

There was an 18th birthday party whilst we were staying and we got hardly any sleep. My child was attending a competition the next morning and was exhausted. The staff were asked if the DJ could turn down the music which he did but it was still too loud...if the hotel is as busy as it was, really there should not be a party without us knowing prior to confirmation as we would not have stayed.

The host was very welcoming and efficient in checking me in and giving me information.The room was clean, bright, and warm. Good facilities offering good choice of breakfast options. Tea and coffee in the lounge free for the whole of stay was excellent.

I could not find any faults with it.

We stayed here for a work event, the rooms where spacious and comfortable We used the Pub which had a good choice of drinks The staff were very friendly and professional
