Wouldn’t refund my money when a family emergency came up- charged me $751 for NOTHING!!! Will NEVER come to this facility, will be feeling all friends and family as well! Things happen, and you as a company should have some compassion for a person who has a family member DYING!!! Terrible customer service!!!!

We had a great two night stay while attending friend's wedding. The hotel is conveniently located in the the nice area of Montvale. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the on-site restaurant and bar is a great addition to the property.

"Nice BUT Noisy"

The rooms here have been recently renovated and are very comfortable and well appointed. The staff is terrific - very friendly and very responsive. HOWEVER, this hotel has a major problem that will prevent us from ever staying here again. Specifically, the walls and doors are paper thin and let in every sound. We sat in our room each evening and could hear every word of a quiet conversation that a couple were having in the adjacent room. Each sound in the hallway boomed into our room as though it were actually being made in the room. Other people in our party, who were staying in separate rooms, had the exact same experience. Unacceptable. A side note - this suburban hotel actually charges $15 a day to park in its enormous parking lot. This is ridiculous!
