Please note that a NZD 1 credit card pre-authorization is required upon arrival. Subject to an inspection of the property, you should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Please note that there is a nonrefundable 2% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or UnionPay credit card. Please note that there is a nonrefundable 3.5% charge when you pay with a Diners Club credit card. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that parking is strictly subject to availability. Our car parking is extremely small, so only Hatchbacks and Small Sedans will be accommodated. SUVs, UTEs, vans, and any larger vehicles will not be accommodated due to size restrictions. The reception team can assist you with alternative parking sites near the hotel. All credit cards, international debit cards, and PayWave will incur a 2% surcharge. New Zealand EFTPOS cards or cash do not incur any surcharge. Due to health & safety reasons and emergency protocols, we do not allow any rooms with more than 4 guests at a time, including visitors. Please note that the 'Hotel Room - Internal - No Housekeeping' doesn't have windows.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
