There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The location, the friendly welcome by the staff.

Room 7 is dated both with the decor and the furniture. The walls and main light fitting had cobwebs hanging from them. The room was overly warm during the night with no way to turn it down. The blind on the window by the door pulled down but there was no cord to raise it up again. The door had gaps around it letting in a lot of light during the night.

The staff was attentive and polite. Service was excellent. The room was basic and clean then I didn't want anything more.

Nothing.

Room and supper. The room was bright and spacious as was the bathroom with a bath and shower. The supper we had was of excellent quality, hot and crisp as it should be, with lovely puddings as well. The servings were generous and well presented. I intend to return there soon.

The owners warned us there was a water heating problem but it didn't affect the bath of sink, was already being worked on and was rectified promptly.

Location was perfect and staff had plenty of time for you. Downstairs party music didn't filter through to my room.
