"Discriminatory and dissapointing"

Convenient location.

Initially ried to charge a £25 fee for my Registered Assistance dog. Male staff member at breakfast was verbally and physically intimidating, threatening and rude to me. Discriminated against myself and my Registered Assistance dog and tried to force me to leave, said he was calling the police.

The decor and furnishings were excellent. It was good to have parking so central to the town centre.

The breakfast was poor. I wanted a continental breakfast, but the cereal was very basic, only two choices, and there was no fruit or nuts to go with it. i could not get the temperature of the shower above tepid/

Spotlessly clean / very friendly and helpful welcome . plenty of parking / central location . Amazing breakfast with full options and an endless supply of tea and coffee … I would definitely stay again
