Red Roof Inn Kingsland

There was nothing to this property that I liked.

I get it, it’s a cheap room. But imagine when you were 16 in a trap house, the environment, the bugs, and the filth, that’s what the property is like. Huge spider above my head on the ceiling, cobwebs everywhere, dirt piled in corners, dirt all on top of the head board. I mentioned that the room was really bad and the lady up front all she had to say was “oh sorry.” And that was it.

Breakfast was poor. Staff was amazing though! We found fresh blood, like alot, on a supposed clean towel that was folded and on the rack in the bathroom. Was told manager would speak with us. That never happened. There was dried blood on the mattress cover that we only found upon checkout bc having been a housekeeper I always strip the beds for the housekeeper. Asked for trash bags and were never brought those. However, as stated, every staff member I had contact with were all polite and very helpful. And having stayed here before many times before new owners purchased, it was always a very pleasant stay with no blood issues and there was a very nice breakfast selection.

Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Place was absolutely disgusting. Should tear it down. And definitely fire that B**** that works front desk.

The room was filthy. Bugs in the bathtub, looked to be crumbs in the floor. Had to go ask for a broom and cleaning spray to clean the microwave. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was caked with gunk. Had to remake the beds with clean sheets. There was HAIRS on the bed underneath the covers.

the room was very unclean shower knob came off floors were nasty bed linen was dirty very disappointed have tried to contact management no answer had to get another motel room at another hotel will not stay here i expect a refund but cant get in touch with management
