Red Roof Inn Kingsland

The room smelled of cat litter. One of the beds smelt of cat urine. Terrible. The bathroom floor was dirty with what looked like cat litter. We could only use one bed because the sheets and blanket smelled so bad

Everything was good

There was no work ice machines, the elevator didn't work, and the staff was not help in in of these circumstances. They basically say deal with. I was told by Renea that " what did want her to do but the machine when asking if they had another method for getting ice. The first room I was given was so nasty I just couldn't stay in it after looking through a few rooms windows I found one that was liveable , and not so dirty. If you need to stay here you will need to bring your own cleaner and spray. It's over priced for the community of the property and and the state of the rooms.

Nothing. From the time the room was not ready when we got there to the smell of weed all around the property

Dirty. Smelled bad pool head trash in it. Night guy spoke barely English. Had three different rooms. No smoke detector in one of the rooms.

Our room had not been cleaned when we checked in. So then we had to move rooms, of which had no refrigerator nor did the television work. The next day they moved us to the original room we were supposed to stay in the 1st night, and had to bring a refrigerator again. Was very disappointed they didn't offer any compensation for all of the inconveniences. Won't stay here again!

Great location friendly staff

We have stayed in multiple Red Roof Inn's across the country and this has by far been the best experience we have had. This Red Roof Inn in Kingsland was clean, the employee's were friendly and the continental breakfast was top tier. We must give a special shoutout to the manager that was extremely helpful. While traveling with two dogs can become an issue when finding a place to stay, Red Roof gave us no issues and were just as accommodating to our pets. Can't wait to stay here again when we are in the area! Mark & Adalis Macchione
