Red Roof Inn Kingsland

Nothing honestly we thought it was closer to fl near the beach we were going too when we checked in front staff lady was rude. The room had NOT been cleaned. There were bugs in the bed, crawling on the floor and there was dirt and dust on the dressers and tables in the room.

When we went back to the front desk to tell them we were not staying there and wanted our money back she got upset. Told us we had to call booking.com so we did now we are supposed to be getting a refund for the nasty hotel that I will never book again.

Our room size and the staff were ok. We were never told to turn on the switch near the door in order to turn on the TV. The toilet was never scrub clean. You can see the ring above the water in the bowl. The bath towels were sworn out (thin) and looks no clean. The back parking lot has trash- MacDonald box and empty cups....does not look safe.

The staff was wonderful, so very friendly!! The bathroom in the room had been used, and the toilet was very clogged and not flushing properly, the bathroom door had been punched through or something?? But I was glad to just get sleep and have a pool for my son to play in before we left.

Location and price but price was not low enough to justify the condition of rooms and staff at check-in.

Pool was green unusable bathroom door wrong size door wouldn’t close. Light switches were dirty. Guests in next room loud knocking on walls. No o e at front desk when I checked 5 times

They advertise a hot tub. There is no hot tub. The pool was green. You could tell it hadn’t been clean when you asked about it. You were towed all the chemicals are right in it and it was open. The bathroom had like black mold on the toilet that was two towels

This hotel was so nasty that we never even made it to our room. Upon pooling in we noticed the swimming pool was green. Once we got our room key we came upon a male subject sitting outside of a room that stunk of cat urine so bad we could smell it outside. Two women were in the room the subject was sitting outside of screaming and cussing at each other. Once we got to the top of the stair, at least 10-15 bags of trash was piled up. We went straight to the desk and asked for a refund. My suggestion would be burn the place down and start over.

We arrived to a broken bed, dirty linens and filthy couch. There were four police cars and an ambulance arriving when we did. The front desk staff told me to speak to a manager if I did not like my room. The second bedroom was in similar condition (dirty linens, smelly carpet/couch). The manager told me to report it with Travelocity.
