Nothing very disappointing

The pool wasn't working. I have kids and when I book an Hotel we are looking g to get in the pool. I was there for a baseball tournament. The laundry room wasn't working g so that means I have to go found a laundromat to wash my son uniforms. It was very disappointing. We checked out early. Need to inform ppl that the poop and etc isn't working.

"Good breakfast and location but the facilities were not as we expected."

The breakfast was good and the staff person assigned was very helpful and pleasant. The location was good for what we needed.

We were unable to get rooms close to each other - we weren't even on the same floor. We chose this location because it had a pool and we wanted to use it, but the pool was green. The thermostat in our room did not work and the bathroom door knob was coming off, so it definitely needed some maintenance. The mattress was tilted to one side - apparently from people sleeping on that side. It should be replaced at best or flipped at the very least.
