The staff were friendly and helpful.

My biggest issue was the faulty elevator. We were informed that management was aware of the problem and that the elevator would be serviced once the required replacement part was availed…the bathroom could have been cleaner. Some stains in the toilet appeared as though they could come off with thorough scrubbing.

A bit dirty, old furniture, no so comfortable beds.

It’s very bad and very small, No facilities got stuck in lift everyday , Heater places on floor near to bed with full of sound not able to use , I booked double room but given single room when I asked hotel management they ask me to contact booking.com no water inside room not clean totally I frustrated for 4 days please don’t go this room see the attached photos of issues.

The reception staff are friendly. The breakfast is varied.

The elevator does not always work, so we had to use the stairs. We booked a room for two adults and two children (12 and 16 years old), as indicated. Only two sets of towels were provided. The ventilation in the room is poor. The windows do not open at all. The air had a bad smell. The air conditioner, which is stated in the description, is dusty and unusable. Our experience was not very good.
