Slippery unsafe shower bath. Clog sink that we had to ask three times for someone to take care of it. Front desk was very friendly and had a lot of good information. Older charming hotel

We had high expectations based on recommendations from people who previously stayed there. The curtains had a hole, window wouldn’t open, mold in bathroom made for an uncomfortable visit. The people who wor at the hotel were friendly, pleasant and wanted to please, but the rooms really need a good cleaning and updating. The way the room was set up also gave no real area to relax in. No couch or space to lounge except the bed.

Not a boutique hotel Room very dark Room not ready at 4.00pm. Had to wait 45 minutes Addition admin fee for wifi and parking even if no car. The rate should cover this. Why am I charged $25 on check in that will be refunded 5 business days later? Room superficially clean but needs deep clean e.g. around plug hole

Room was well stocked with coffee and tea. Bed was comfortable Room wasn’t ready by 4 pm check in time, we needed to leave for a wedding by 4:30. Very stressful, front desk never offered to give us the choice to select another room.

Good location, walking distance to Falmouth's historic downtown and town square. Front desk had great suggestions for dining and drinking. The place is nothing fancy, but a good value. It's on the main road into town and might not be quite so quiet and accessible during high season as it was in late September.
