"We needed a night rest and this hotel was exactly what we wanted We stayed here about 3 times within the past 4 yrs."

We got a beautiful welcome from your night staff.She greeted us with “Happy New Year” and attended to us immediately we were in our room within minutes which was great since we were traveling from 5am

Check in was good and the room itself was clean but outdated which I honestly expected for the area.

There was an odor in the bathroom that wouldn’t go away even though it was clean there was just a lingering odor. No issues with the room itself until we were getting ready to leave and saw a bug crawling out of the closet (that we didn’t use and the door wouldn’t stay closed). I was going to bring it up to the front desk but no one was there so we ended up having to use the app to check out.

My usual experience at Hampton Inn has been that I find a very clean, very comfortable, very up to date hotel. This one felt worn, threadbare, and dirty. I don't like to complain about anything, but if someone at the top can send in a team to refurbish this hotel immediately it would be a tribute to Hilton's concern for customer satisfaction.

The lobby area was updated and looked nice and clean.

There was a 1/2 gap in the door, so when you closed it light and small critters still came through. The seqt on the toilet was old and discolored. One of the towels was unraveling. The caulking aroind the tub was not smooth and the color did not match, threre was a hole in the shower curtain, and a rust stain in the tub. Please invest in king size pillows for the king size beds and the young lady at breakfast could be a little nicer to guest.
