"Totally shabby."

Location to event.

Lobby and hallways looked renovated. Rooms were terribly neglected and worn. Bathroom base of tub unacceptable. Ripped, peeling wallpaper. Discolored toilet set. Just disappointing. We are Hampton/Hilton Honors. Chose this over competition Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn. Won’t stay again.

The lady at the front desk Friday night was awesome... She was very friendly and made me feel welcomed... She explained all the hotel amenities and really emphasized the hotel break...
