"Uncaring and unhelpful front desk clear ruined the stay from the get go. Stay elsewhere. "

My stay started off very badly: I wasn't greeted as a Hilton Honors member, I wasn't offered complimentary bottles of water, and my request (made at the time of making the reservation) for a ground floor room wasn't mentioned or honored. When I asked why, the uncaring front desk agent snarled, "I can't give you what I don't have." The rest of the stay was OK, but I'll not stay here again.

Rooms were adequate, a bit dated but clean. Breakfast was nice and the grounds were well kept (I had my dog with me). The pool was closed. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful with any needs.

It was clean but is in need of some renovations. I would rate the Breakfast as a 2. and that is being generous. English Muffins were as hard as hockey pucks, bagels were soggy, no cream cheese or butter.

The place needs to be renovated. Rooms in poor shape, especially the bathrooms. Shower head is old and tub drains water very slowly. Air vi sitio er is old and very noisy, woke me several times.
