Nelson was literally the best. He went out of his way for all of us during our stay to make sure our questions were answered and we got everything we asked for. It it’ll be hard for everyone to request him but if you do get Nelson he’ll make your trip 10/10.

check in and check out took an hour because the price that the resort had in their system was almost $500-$600 higher than the price that was given and confirmed through booking.com. I provided proof through email confirmation and my booking app and it was still an issue. During check out the resort system was showing extra fees that they claim weren’t paid during check in even though we were told during check in that everything that was needed was included in that price. We were also told that each room would receive a $300 food/drink credit which was not true we received a coupon book that had a value of $300 and only one coupon could be used per room

The resort was beautiful and made excursions easy and fun. The event team was awesome and fun to be around

The food was bad. The buffet was ironically one of the best places to eat, otherwise the food was just average to poor. Additionally, the drive from the airport to the resort was long and windy.

Great location Few water sports in the beach Bartenders were great Friendly staff

Overpriced- day passes especially Room wasn’t 100% clean- lots of hair in shower and footprints in bedroom Food has gone downhill a lot in recent years Music played around the pool doesn’t make you feel like you’re in the Caribbean at all. Very much commercialised
