Royalton Saint Lucia, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

Barely any entertainment. Needs a night club and more things to do. Room service was slow. Took two days to receive water to our room

Long wait for room.

My friend and I went from 09/19/25-09/25/25. The male staff were very welcoming. Some of the women staff were not friendly AT ALL. The food wasn't that great. However, the drinks and the bars were amazing and we had the best bartenders. The food truck was very consistent and did not disappoint. The only restaurant that was really delicious was the hibachi. Our room and the resort was very clean. The elevator was broke most of the time so we had to use the service elevator. The beach was amazing and the pools were nice. Overall, we would more than likely go back once we wrap our mind around the 1hour and 45 minute ride to and from the airport. It was a good time.

Room was excellent clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth not very friendly receptionist. Food ok tolerable. Dining room staff caters to white client quicker than black guest. Beach clean but small. Local vendor patroling the beach for customers annoying and aggression with weed smoking and loud music. Pools were great

This is my first time in St. Lucia but my third staying in Royalton. It’s always a pleasure staying in this resort and I really appreciate my time here. My birthday was excellent and enjoyable. I would definitely be back here in the near future and recommend this resort to everyone

Great hotel , friendly staff which made the stay even better . Loved the beach . Only thing is missing a lot of ingredients to make certain cocktails . Some restaurants were closed or booked and unable to try all due to this . Could be cleaner but overall is still a good resort to stay .

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. GREAT ACTIVITIES. THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD( STEAK) NOT WHAT WAS EXPECTED. COMMON AREAS WAS VERY HOT. NOT ENOUGH AIR CIRCULATION AT THE RECEPTION AREA. HAD AN ENJOYABLE AND RELAXING STAY.

It usually took entirely too long to receive requests from the staff at times. Especially through the Royaltin app.
