"The grand beach hotel is a wonderful treasure."

The grand beach hotel in surfside is fabulous. It’s on the beach front. We got an ocean view room The valet is great. The service is great the supervisor Lumins was kind and very helpful. . The pool is wonderful. And the bar and cafe beautiful. Our room came with 2 bathrooms and 2 showers which is great because both myself and my husband had our own bathroom. The beach is gorgeous. And they set up the chairs and umbrellas for you. There is a coffee maker in the room.

Quarto espaçoso e funcionários da recepção super atenciosos.

O ar condicionado faz muito barulho, tinha que desligar para conseguir dormir. A limpeza parecia que tinha que implorar, várias vezes fiquei fora o dia todo e o quarto ainda não havia sido arrumado.

"What a wonderful experience!"

Great stay. Check-in went smooth, the rooms were clean, and service was quick. The food was delicious. I especially liked the beach crew. They were very accommodating.
