Run down and staff was short and not very friendly

Location and convenience

I thought breakfast was included according to Trivago and Booking.com. Had coffee but breakfast was not included. No biggie as I bring my own stuff anyway.

Location was good, near the main road and also had a waffle house next door

Price was okay

Definitely need updating

It was close to the event that we came down for

Let’s start at the beginning the room they had us in the keycard wouldn’t work. We let them know and said “we just updated them, just come get us every time we needed in” umm no thank you! Then when they did let us in our room, the plug in boxes where almost out of the wall completely, the floors where messed up, the window curtains were goss and the lights were goss. We complained and were told we could stay here or leave nothing else! Rude staff, gross room, don’t stay here
