The bed was amazing the hot water was great. The room was clean. The curtains were in very poor condition.

If the cyclone fencing and broken windows didn't put us off on the way in, the carpet stains of bodily fluids and dirty bathroom did. After this we couldn't stay here and have had no communication from them after dropping the key back and complaining. Pictures online are decieving and would absolutely NOT recommended.

"An experience"

It wasn't cheap but it should have been. There was little accommodation available in Alice Springs but we did find somewhere else for our next night. It would be somewhere to stay if you couldn't find anything else.

Asked for a refund after seeing the room. The manager obliged and apologised that the rooms were substandard. He has just taken over and is in process of renovating
